product overview

XLSOM FPGA modules provide efficient, effective, fully tested FPGA solutions for rapid product development and small volume production. The modules provide various levels of integration; from simple breakout to Memory + USB + Ethernet + SerDes + Clock Synthesis. All modules come in a variety of speed/environmental grades as provided by the FPGA manufacturer.


XLSOM currently provides carrier platforms for both the Series 21 and Series 32/33 modules which allows for quick product development on a platform that has been fully tested. Future Series 42/43 modules provide RISC-V and PCIe capabilities.


Currently, our product base encompasses Efinix FPGAs and the Cologne Chip CCGM1A1. Series 32/33 modules are based on Efinix devices. Series 21 modules are based on the Cologne Chip device. 


Additionally, XLSOM also supplies support modules for easier board level design and integration.
